A very beautiful and elegant hotel, A+ from all perspectives. It felt like we were staying in an occidental hotel . I liked the room, which was decorated with taste, as well as the breakfast (the breakfast room and the small garden were really nice) nad the staff which was very polite. The fact that we had a superb mini-vacation was also due to our stay here, at this hotel. I recommend it with all my heart!

A stay to remember!!! Many thanks to the guy at the reception desk (I’m sorry I don’t remember his name), who proved valuable during our stay at the Brasov Crown Hotel in July 2010. The battery of our car failed and he did everything a man can do to help us. He even drove us to various places to check the prices so that we wouldn’t be fooled and all this after his night shift!!! CONGRATULATIONS THAT YOU HAVE SUCH PEOPLE IN YOUR STAFF & ALL THE BEST FROM CRETE, GREECE!
On the 8th of July we arrived at the hotel; very clean; really kind and attentive staff, with a fast service, clean rooms, extra breakfast. Nothing bad to say about this place. We live in Belgium but with the first opportunity we get for another vacation in Romania, we'll be staying here again. Thanks.

I stayed in this hotel for one night and I must say I left very pleased. 4-star conditions (even if the hotel has only 3). In the room, everything was new and tasteful. The staff is very kind and respectful. The breakfast was beyond satisfying. Maybe the only minus would be that they only serve breakfast. All-in-all, the conditions here are far above the average for Romania. I will stay here again without a doubt when I will have chance. I sincerely recommend this hotel.
Haben das Hotel zufällig in der schönen Altstadt gefunden. Wir waren angenehm überrascht. Hotel ganz neu, die Zimmer/Bad sind sauber und geräumig. Frühstück war sehr gut und zufriedenstellend. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Gute Lage um die Stadt zu Fuß zu erkunden. Kann dieses Hotel nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.
